Lake Peachtree-Peach Tree City

If you swim farther than 100 feet from shore, you’ll need to use a safety boat or a high-visibility flotation device. Also, no gasoline-powered boats are allowed on Lake Peachtree, except for those who live between the western shore and Hip Pocket Road. The City also offers numerous parks, including Blue Smoke Park, Beaver Dam Park, Clover Reach Park, and Village Green Park. Blue Smoke Park has a playground, while Beaver Dam Park features tennis courts and a pool. The City also has a 9-hole disc golf course. Another great place to go for a walk is the Flat Creek Nature Area. This 70-acre preserve is easily accessible and features a gazebo and three miles of natural trails.
